We have virtual tours of our typical floorplans on our website. Visit the Cherrywood page and scroll down to ‘Find your new Home’. If there is a specific apartment you have seen available on our website, please contact us at hello@hali.ie or 01 223 9670 and we can arrange this – depending on apartment availability.

All applicants will be required to submit photo ID, previous landlord reference/s, employment reference/s and financial references. 

Of course you can! We have six buildings in Hali Cherrywood, the Tully and Talbot Buildings are recently launched, and all apartment sizes are available. We also have a limited selection of apartment types in The Hunt, The Galvin, The Barrington and The Harcourt buildings. Of course you can! Hali are completely pet friendly and we welcome your furry friends! Your furry friends must obey the terms of the Hali Pet Policy and House Rules. Pets are €30 per month.

We have underground car parking available in each building. The number of car spaces is dependent on your apartment size. For more information and availability, please email the team at hello@hali.ie.

Yes, we have storage containers available to rent in our basement locations at a monthly cost of €25.

Our apartments come fully furnished, but if you have your own furniture, there’s also the option to have it completely unfurnished. Let us know which option works best for you, and we’ll be happy to accommodate!

Yes! They are complimentary and exclusive to Hali residents.

Yes! You can reserve your space on the Hali Living app. We ask that bookings are made no later than 24 hours before your event.

Yes! We offer weekly resident wellness classes. We’ve partnered with Collective Fitness to run fitness classes in the Sky Gym in the Harcourt Building on Wednesdays at 17:30, and in the Wellness Suite in the Hunt Building at 09:00 on Saturday mornings. The Collective Fitness team also offer tailored training and nutrition packages at a discount to Hali residents.

Yogi and meditation expert Paula offers zen classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 18:30pm in the Sky Gym Studio in the Harcourt Building. Please bring along your own yoga mat.

All our classes are complimentary, and there is no need to book.

If you experience an emergency (e.g., fire, power outage, or plumbing issue) during office hours, please phone the Hali Management Team on 01 223 9670. If it is out of office hours, please phone our after-hour service on 083 825 2976.

Guests can avail of on-street parking outside the Barrington and Harcourt buildings through Best Car Park. This is a paid service, currently €4.00 per day. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to the BCP signage or visit their website.

Yes! Once Upon a Time is situated on the ground floor of the Hunt Building. They offer a baby room, wobbler room, toddler room, pre Montessori and Montessori rooms. You can contact them on 01 568 8355.

We also are also delighted to offer family friendly play rooms and playgrounds, and the team regularly host Hali Kids arts and crafts afternoon.

Yes. There is an Educate Together Cherrywood primary school located just 10 minutes' walk from Hali apartments. There are also plans for a further two schools to be built within the Cherrywood area. The area is also serviced by LUAS and Bus to many other primary and secondary schools in the Dublin 18 locality.

Hali are delighted to offer MyPup – parcel delivery services to all of our residents. MyPup make sure all packages are delivered to Hali residents in a safe and sustainable manner. You can pick it up from the lockers whenever it suits you best!

The fastest, and our favourite way to get to Dublin City Centre is by Luas! It is literally on your doorstep, and takes 40 minutes to get to St Stephen’s Green. There are also multiple bus routes, the 7, 84, 111 will all bring you to the City. We’ve compiled transport links for all the local hotspots here (Updated link to follow).

Our top tip is to invest in a Leap card! Leap card fares are usually up to 30% less than cash tickets, and you will also benefit from the TFI 90 minute Fare. You can find them in most local shops and you can top them up at the Luas ticket machine, or on the Leap Top Up app available on the App Store and Google Play.

You can rent both!

We are blessed to have three amazing parks on our doorsteps, with Tully park being the closest.

Tully Park is a 9-hectare flagship with ecological trails, fitness areas, and a cultural heritage zone for active or passive recreation.

Beckett Park spans 5 hectares. It’s a vibrant community hub with sports facilities, playgrounds, and a café – a paradise for sports enthusiasts and families.

Ticknick Park covers 19 hectares. It offers top-notch sports facilities with seamless design, accessible via walkways and cycle paths.
