The Hali Mission
The core Hali mission is to create sustainable communities that foster wellbeing and connected living.
We strive to place our homes in harmony with both the local environment and the wider community.
Hali Helps is an initiative that aims to drive these goals forward through a number of avenues and by holding ourselves accountable.
Sustainability
At Hali, our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our residents, and we're proud that Cherrywood is on its way to becoming Ireland’s first Well community.
Even before Hali’s launch, Cherrywood established itself as a trailblazer in sustainable real estate, earning numerous accolades from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), a highly respected international certification programme.
Cherrywood was also honoured with the prestigious titles of Global Sector Leader and Overall Regional Sector Leader, further cementing its role as a pioneer in sustainable development.
Hali Green Team
The Hali Team are committed to promoting sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. To achieve this goal, we have established the Hali Green Team.
We believe that by empowering our employees to take ownership of our green strategies, we are fostering a culture of sustainability within our company.
This approach not only creates a sense of pride and commitment among our employees but also encourages long-term adoption of eco-friendly practices.
Irish Cancer Society
We are proud to support the Irish Cancer Society (ICS) as our nominated charity. The ICS plays a crucial role in the lives of those affected by cancer and is widely regarded as a leading advocate in the fight against the disease. By aligning ourselves with their mission, we aim to contribute meaningfully to cancer care in Ireland.
In our efforts to support this important cause, we hosted a fashion show alongside the team and residents, and we even braved the chilly Irish Sea for a dip to raise funds! We also engage with the community each year to support the charity's most well-known fundraiser, Daffodil Day.
This collaboration offers Hali a valuable opportunity to provide support to patients and their families.
Cabinteely AC
We're delighted to support the volunteer-led Cabinteely Athletics Club at Kilbogget Park—just a five-minute drive from Hali. With over 300 members and 50 volunteers, the club is a year-round hub for athletes aged 8 and up.
Deeply rooted in the community, the club supports local schools and charity events, helping young people discover a love for athletics. We're proud to back their amazing work just around the corner from us.
Resident Wellness
We understand the vital role of health and wellness and the need to recharge after work. To support our residents, we have partnered with industry experts to offer complimentary wellness classes four times a week.
Residents can enjoy inclusive fitness sessions with the team at Collective Fitness and rejuvenating yoga classes led by Paula from OrbyYoga.
A helping Hali
At Hali, we value the opinions and insights of our residents. That’s why we actively seek feedback on the charities they are passionate about supporting and showcase resident businesses and initiatives to strengthen our community.
By collaborating with our residents, we foster meaningful engagement and ensure our efforts align with their values. Stay tuned to our social channels to learn more about how you can get involved and make a difference.
